  • Advising Tawazun Strategic Development Fund and Natural Ventures on their Series C investment in N-Drip Ltd, a leading agri-tech company.
  • Advising Saudi Tabreed on a significant equity investment by the Public Investment Fund, Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund.
  • Advising Zain Group on a number of significant corporate transactions including: its US $45m acquisition of BIOS Middle East, its joint venture with PLAYHERA in Saudi Arabia, on its strategic joint venture with Omantel which will manage their respective international wholesale requirements across eight markets in the GCC and on its majority investment in Adfolks Software Trading LLC.
  • Advising AD Ports Group on the USD1.9 billion (AED7 billion) merger of its KEZAD Communities operation with Al Eskan Al Jamae Group (EAJ), creating Abu Dhabi's largest integrated staff accommodation company.
  • Advising Origami Energy Limited on its £20m Series C equity funding round led by Barclays with existing investors Octopus and Cambridge Innovation Capital participating in the round.*
  • Advising Electric Gamebox on its £2.5m seed equity funding round and its £17m Series A equity funding round led by Project A and Philian AB, with Brookfield Asset Management, Index Ventures, Activum SG Capital Management, Sweet Capital and JamJar Investments participating in the round.*
  • Advising Future Energy Ventures, the venture capital investment arm of E.ON, on various equity and convertible debt investments into UK companies including Libryo’s £1.35m and EV.Energy’s $8.8m Series A equity funding rounds.*
  • Advising Pycom Ltd on its successful completion of a funding round via convertible loans, which included matched funding from the British Business Bank via the Future Fund scheme.*
  • Advising BGF on its exit in Olive Communications to LDC-backed Onecom and on its £6.4m equity and debt investment in Dianomi Ltd and on various corporate matters relating to certain portfolio companies.*
  • Advising BGF and the shareholders of Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd on the sale of their entire shareholding to Chinese seating manufacturer Zhejiang Science and Technology Investment Company (ZTC).*
  • Advising Riverside Partners and its portfolio company, Loftware Inc, on its bolt-on acquisition of PRIYSM ID.*
  • Advising the management team of agricultural market researcher Kynetec on the sale and reinvestment of Kynetec to US based private equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners.*
  • Advising the incoming management team of Jollyes Retail Group on its management buy-in funded by private equity firm Kester Capital.*
