Luigi has gained vast experience in advising industrial and financial Italian and foreign operators in the industry of infrastructure and construction, with specific regard to the concession schemes including undergrounds, ports, inland terminals, airports and motorways.

Luigi also focuses on the acquisitions of infrastructure projects and assists clients in the sale and purchase of stakes - in special purpose vehicles concessionaires under project finance schemes , as well as vehicles set up for the management of infrastructures.
