Thomas Morris advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions and has experience of national and international public and private mergers & acquisitions as well as coordinating large multi-jurisdictional due diligence projects.
Thomas undertook a six-month secondment in 2020 to the Corporate group of DLA Piper Middle East LLP, where he was based in Dubai. Whilst there he worked on joint ventures and M&A across a range of sectors.
