- Represent a specialist international bridge construction house in Qatari Onshore Court proceedings pertaining to the development of the ground-breaking Lusail Bridge developed as part of the Qatar Football World Cup development Project, the value of the dispute being in excess of QAR 650 million;
- Act on behalf of a main contractor on multiple disputes concerning the development of an oil and gas plant in Salalah, Oman with a total claim value exceeding US$ 40 million;
- Advising the main contractor on a dispute pertaining to the construction of an oil and gas terminal in Abu Dhabi with a claim value in excess of US$ 80 million;
- Advising the developer of a five-star luxury hotel in Business Bay, Dubai in respect of a dispute exceeding AED 200 million against the main contractor;
- Advising a main contractor on a dispute to the value of AED 70 million pertaining to the development of a retail complex in Dubai;
- Advising a New York Stock Exchange listed multi-national conglomeate on a sharholders dispute exceeding US$ 20 million;
- Advising a client on a coal mining dispute for contractual damages in excess of US$ 75 million.
