Valentina has gained outstanding expertise and technical skills in real estate matters and transactions, with focus on construction and development sector.She regularly advises important real estate operators, including investment funds, asset management companies and Italian and international private companies, in private construction and developments projects, such as – inter alia – construction and large refurbishments of office and retail properties, logistics construction and built to suit and hotel, residential and student accommodation developments.

Valentina advises clients in all aspects and phases of complex construction and development projects, including acquisition contracts, built to suit agreements (both lease and forward purchase or forward funding agreements), development agreements, construction contracts and all construction related legal documents (such as design and project & construction management agreements, statutory advisors’ engagements, tender documentation) and support during the construction phase and works completion.She is also advising client on real estate investment transactions (acquisitions and sales of real estate assets, property and business leases, etc.).
