Jason Lin

Jason practices corporate commercial law with a general business law practice.‎

Jason assists clients on a wide range of matters, including business formation and structuring, corporate ‎governance, purchase and sale transactions, financings, and drafting and reviewing commercial ‎agreements. Jason also frequently translates communications and documents between English and ‎Chinese.‎

During law school, Jason was a member of and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and spent an ‎academic year on exchange at the University of Hong Kong.‎

Jason summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2024.‎
