Regine Lewis is a corporate and private equity attorney with a practice focused on representing corporations and private equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters. Regine has represented corporations and private equity firms in connection with more than 30 transactions in the last two years alone. The sectors involved in Regine’s recent transactions include healthcare, software, IT services, consumer products and services, franchising, wholesaling, industrial products, and media and marketing services.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Regine served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 250 Company where she advised the company on a wide range of legal matters including acquisitions, securities compliance, commercial contracting, litigation, and other legal matters.
