Rachel Lee

Rachel Lee focuses her practice in the area of structured finance and securitizations. Rachel has broad experience representing issuers, underwriters, investors and collateral managers across a broad range of domestic and cross-border structured, warehouse and asset-backed finance transactions covering both public deals and private placements, with an emphasis on media assets and music royalties backed securitizations and other esoteric transactions such as solar assets and cash flows from multifamily housing assets, as well as collateralized loan obligations and related warehouse facilities.

In addition, Rachel has experience representing financial institutions, hedge funds, asset managers, dealers and end users in relation to a variety of derivatives transactions and structures. She also advises on regulatory issues affecting derivatives.
