Peter H. Kyle's practice is primarily focused on corporate litigation in Delaware's Court of Chancery and complex commercial litigation in Delaware’s Superior Court and in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.

Peter's work encompasses breach of fiduciary duty actions, corporate valuation disputes, M&A litigation, books and records proceedings, representations and warranties disputes, arbitrations and internal investigations. Peter has litigated multiple matters through trial, including appraisal actions, contests for corporate control, and expedited proceedings pursuant to the Delaware General Corporation Law. He also regularly counsels corporations and their boards of directors with respect to contemplated transactions and corporate governance best practices.
