Atul Jain provides strategic advice to a wide array of businesses – including leading public and private companies, start-ups and emerging growth companies, and private equity and venture capital investors – on a deep range of compensation, benefits and employee related matters.

He works with clients to design equity and incentive compensation programs that attract, retain and incentivize their workforce. Atul also has significant experience representing clients in connection with compensation and benefits-related aspects of M&A transactions. He regularly advises clients on the negotiation of employment, separation, retention, and change of control agreements and on compliance matters related to Sections 409A and 280G.
