Julia Hoffman practices in the area of finance, projects and restructuring law, with particular focus on renewable energy project finance transactions. She has acted on behalf of both Lenders and Borrowers in these transactions.
Key strengths include the reviewing, drafting and negotiation of project documents and management of conditions precedent and the process to see project finance transactions reach financial close.
