Saje Gosal

Saje maintains a broad practice in corporate commercial law with a focus on real estate transactions, real ‎estate development, commercial transactions, and corporate structuring. ‎

Saje advises clients at all stages of business including entity formation and structuring of corporations ‎and partnerships, obtaining equity and debt financing through secured lending and capital markets, and ‎assisting on all aspects of purchasing and disposing of assets and shares.‎

Saje was voted valedictorian of his law class at the University of British Columbia, and was able to ‎complete law school with distinction while fighting a successful battle with cancer. Prior to law school, Saje ‎was captain of the varsity basketball team at the University of Northern British Columbia, where he was a ‎five-time Academic All-Canadian, co-founder of the Timberwolves Student Athlete Society, and received ‎the President’s Award for Community Leadership. Saje proudly hails from Golden, British Columbia.‎
