Sean Gillis

Sean is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets Group in Vancouver. He maintains a corporate ‎and securities law practice, advising both public and private companies on a broad range of transactional ‎matters.‎

His experience includes representing issuers and underwriters with respect to mergers and acquisitions, ‎debt and equity securities offerings, securities regulatory compliance, and general corporate and ‎commercial matters.‎

Before law school, Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria, studying quantitative ‎economics and finance.‎
