He has a proven track record in complex IP contentious cases and strategic commercial and impact litigation before Polish courts and authorities, as well as before international arbitration tribunals, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. He advises top-tier clients from all major sectors, including life sciences, energy, finance, banking, telecoms, insurance and real estate. He has been a leading lawyer in numerous precedent-setting cases concerning intellectual property with a particular level of technical complexity.
Michał’s work has earned him numerous recognitions and accolades in legal rankings as a leading IP litigator, including Recommended Lawyer in Dispute Resolution (Legal 500, 2019 - 2022), Recommended Lawyer in IP (Legal 500, 2018 - 2022), Rising Star (Managing IP, 2022 - 2023) and Ranked Bronze in Litigation (IAM, 2022).
He is also heavily involved in pro bono work, primarily focusing on protecting the rule of law in Poland.
