Annemette Ellermann provides advice to national and international companies around the world as regards intellectual property law issues, where she has specialized in trademarks, designs, domain names, anti-counterfeiting and marketing law. Her focus covers, among others, IP-rights strategies, IP-rights agreements and custom seizures.
Annemette has extensive experience in both establishment and all aspects of enforcement of IP-rights, including litigation, and is admitted to the High Court.
