About

Łukasz Dynysiuk has over 14 years’ experience in commercial and tax law. He has provided assistance to Polish and foreign companies on tax planning, developing effective tax structures, restructuring, as well as tax aspects of M&A, as well as advising on tax matters related to locating foreign investments in Poland and the CEE region. He has extensive experience in providing advisory services for the financial, gas and oil sectors. Łukasz lectures in taxation in M&A transactions at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
