Megan Dutch has a broad range of experience in advising and assisting commercial landlords with managing both retail and development portfolios, having previously acted as the real estate litigator lead for two large shopping centres within England.
Megan has considerable experience advising both tenants and landlord within the consumer goods and retail sector, including assisting with various unopposed and opposed lease renewal proceedings and advising on invalid break notices where the litigation strategy needs to take into consideration the wider commercial portfolio.
In addition to her legal role, Megan is also actively involved in fundraising events for various local charities, which includes partaking in the Leeds Big Sleep.

Undertaking Professional Negligence claims against legal advisors where statutory deadlines pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 have been missed.
Assisting with dilapidations settlements and advising on strategy for negotiations.
Drafting and managing possession claims through the County Courts and seeking enforcement via the High Court when required.
