Christopher Deck focuses his practice in the area of patent litigation and has experience in federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) and post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has represented numerous companies in the retail, mobile device, telecommunication, manufacturing, computer architecture and hardware, and life science industries, both asserting and defending against patents.

Chris is also heavily engaged in pro bono matters, representing and advising non-profits as to their intellectual property rights and responsibilities, as well as facilitate low-income clients' journey in both Massachusetts's Probate and Family Courts and New Jersey's Expungement System.

In addition to his legal career, Chris actively volunteers in the community and is a sitting member of his town's Capital Planning Committee. Prior to law school, Chris worked as a design engineer in the aerospace industry where he designed next generation jet engines for the commercial and military sectors.
