Mandy Chan-Lucero represents multinational corporations in all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including criminal grand jury investigations, civil investigations, private litigation, merger control, and compliance counseling. She also defends clients in civil litigation matters involving state and federal consumer protection law claims.
Mandy also has an active white collar practice and is highly adept at navigating and managing sensitive crisis situations for clients, including internal investigations for harassment, misconduct, and other complex issues. In addition to crisis management, she has successfully represented clients before the US Department of Justice, the Securities Exchange Commission, and various state enforcement authorities on matters related to alleged bribery under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), accounting and securities fraud, and other civil and criminal matters.
Mandy’s clients span a variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, gaming, and media industries.
Mandy is a co-chair of DLA Piper’s San Francisco diversity and inclusion committee. She also previously held leadership positions in several firm initiatives and local groups, including the co-chair of the US chapter of Iris, DLA Piper’s LGBTQ resource group, vice chair of DLA Piper’s San Francisco chapter of the Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW), co-chair of the LGBTQ committee of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, member of the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF), and member of the Board of Directors of Pride Law Fund.
