Gabby focuses her practice on litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, environmental and toxic torts, products liability, construction defect, contract and indemnity, and insurance coverage. Gabby has experience in both state and federal courts, and develops strategies and assists in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial fact development, motion practice, discovery and depositions, as well as working on trial teams.
