Dylan Clancy

Dylan Clancy is a member of the Private Equity Practice in DLA’s New York office. Dylan focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other investments spanning across a wide range of industries and sectors. Dylan also represents companies and investors with venture capital and private equity investments and general corporate and securities matters. 

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Dylan provided services to private equity sponsors at another large law firm, primarily focused on private fund formation, fundraisings and secondary transactions.
