Rachel practices in the area of construction and engineering law, where she has over two decades of experience across a wide range of sectors.
As a fee earner she was mostly involved in contentious matters, including both domestic and international projects. Her clients included major government departments, local authorities, commercial manufacturers developers, contractors, sub-contractors, architects and engineers. Her experience includes litigation, domestic and international arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
She has worked extensively with industry standard form contracts such as JCT, FIDIC and NEC and as a professional support lawyer regularly delivers training on these and many other construction law topics to a range of clients.
