Ugo acquired wide experience in dealing with finance and debt restructuring operations. He has assisted in multiple debt restructuring of large companies in crisis and in the structuring of complex investment operations in distressed companies or financial institutions.

Moreover, Ugo has gained extensive experience in large real estate finance and acquisition finance operations. Over the years, he has followed some of the most important project finance operations in Italy and abroad in the transport sector.

He is Head of Financial Services Sector Italy.
