Matthew Broderson is a seasoned litigation attorney, with over 25 years of experience successfully defending clients from claims in a wide range of matters at all stages of litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, as well as private entities and individuals in product liability, mass/toxic tort, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, insurance, environmental, franchise law, and privacy/Daniel's Law claims in State and Federal Courts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Matthew also has experience as National Coordinating Counsel for a leading industrial equipment manufacturer overseeing and working with local counsels on the defense of asbestos claims throughout the United States.
Additionally, Matthew has significant experience with commercial, construction and real estate litigation matters, both defending such claims and representing plaintiffs pursuing them. He also has worked on appellate matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
