About
I am an admirer of the environmental area and passionate about this scope of Law, always seeking to apply all my knowledge and experience to solve client demands, valuing preventive action, so that environmental problems and damage are avoided. I believe that entrepreneurs must always plan so that their enterprise is sustainable, as it promotes economic and social development, in line with the preservation of the environment, bearing in mind that sustainability is the primary principle of Environmental Law.

EXPERIENCE

I am a lawyer specializing in Environmental Law, with a focus on consultancy and litigation. I have experience with environmental licensing of large infrastructure projects, due diligence and risk analysis, strategic planning, environmental conflicts (public civil actions, inquiries and administrative infractions), environmental regularization of rural and urban properties, monetization of areas with ecological importance, use of water resources, among other areas of the environmental area, always seeking to make economic and social development compatible with environmental protection.

Prior Experience

Before joining the CMA, I worked as a lawyer in a boutique Environmental Law firm, as an intern in a port logistics company, law firm and public department (special criminal court).

Memberships and Affiliations

I was part of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (Rural Property Commission) and the Brazilian Union of Environmental Advocacy.
