Ursula Aguilar

Ursula advises national and foreign companies on intellectual property, unfair competition and commercial advertising. She has extensive experience in the evaluation, initiation and monitoring of administrative and judicial procedures related to these matters.

Her professional approach focuses on the design of strategies for the management, protection and defense of intangible assets.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Ursula practiced at a boutique firm of intelectual property and competition lawyers. She also worked on the Distinctive Signs Commission of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).
