DLA Piper partner Bruce Falby named a Go-To Business Litigation Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Bruce Falby, a partner in the firm’s Boston office, was named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's 2024 Go-To Business Litigation Lawyers list honoring the top business litigators in Massachusetts.

Falby is a trial lawyer who focuses on complex business disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration. He has represented clients in a wide range of business lawsuits, involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, securities fraud, partnership and joint venture disputes, merger challenges, and noncompetition and nondisclosure covenants.

He also has extensive experience representing real estate developers, lenders, owners, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of real estate litigation, including real estate acquisition, financing, development, operation, leasing and disposition.
