DLA Piper advises the underwriters on a US$108 million public offering of common stock for Grid Dynamics
DLA Piper advised the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and TD Securities (USA) LLC, on a $108 million underwritten offering of common stock for Grid Dynamics Holdings Inc., a global digital engineering company specialized in technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and digital engagement services. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and TD Securities (USA) LLC served as joint book-running managers and Needham & Company, LLC served as co-manager.
