DLA Piper advises Jump House on the acquisition of further trampoline parks in Germany
DLA Piper advised Jump House Group on the acquisition of the leisure park operators Abenteuerland Lüneburger Heide GmbH and BNM GmbH. Abenteuerland Lüneburger Heide includes the trampoline parks Abenteuerland Bispingen and Adventurepark Bremen. BNM formerly operated the trampoline park in Kassel as a Superfly franchise. The park is now part of the JUMP House Group, which owns the Superfly brand and its respective parks since 2023.
The Hamburg-based leisure company Jump House was founded in 2014 and opened Germany's first trampoline park in the same year. Since 2021, Jump House is owned by the Norwegian Activeon AS, whose main shareholder is Equip Capital.
DLA Piper regularly advises Jump House on add-on acquisitions, including the acquisition of UpSprung GmbH, the takeover of the Superfly Group or the parks of Sprungbuden in Southern Germany.
The DLA Piper team for both transactions was led by counsel Dr Christoph Dachner and partner Gerald Schumann (both Corporate/M&A, Munich). The team included partner Pascal Kremp (Employment), counsel Michael Ziegaus-Clavien (Real Estate), senior associate Annika Heinz (Employment) as well as associates Dr Lukas Reitebuch (Corporate/M&A) and Vincent Wehner (Real Estate; all Munich). The acquisition of Abenteuerland Lüneburger Heide GmbH was also advised by partners Dr Björn Enders (Tax) and Semin O (Antitrust, both Frankfurt), counsel Dr Enno Ahlenstiel (Antitrust, Cologne) and senior associate Rainer Hartmann (Tax, Frankfurt).
