DLA Piper advises Magaya in its acquisition of Omniboom

DLA Piper advised Magaya Corporation, a logistics and supply chain automation software company, in its acquisition of Omniboom, an Integration Platform as a Service provider.

 

By integrating technology and data across all touchpoints, the acquisition will better allow Magaya’s customers to streamline logistics operations, enhance visibility and collaboration, and enable more accurate and proactive issue resolution.
