DLA Piper advises on sale of premium packaging business S-Druk to Netbox Group

DLA Piper has advised the founders of S-Druk, a leading Polish premium packaging solutions business, on the 100% sale of their shares to Netbox Group.

A leading producer in Poland of solid, litho-laminated, and corrugated cardboard packaging, this transaction will further develop Netbox Group's production capacity and allow for the business' expansion.

A team from DLA Piper's Warsaw office worked on the transaction and comprised of Rafał Kluziak, partner in the Corporate practice, senior associate Jakub Szczygieł, and associate Filip Wilczyński, who advised on structuring, preparation, and negotiation of the transaction and its documentation.
