DLA Piper advises Ghost Robotics in its strategic partnership with LIG Nex1

DLA Piper advised Ghost Robotics, a leader in legged robotics, in a strategic partnership with LIG Nex1, a South Korean defense technology company, in which LIG Nex1 will acquire a 60 percent controlling stake in Ghost Robotics for US$240 million, valuing the company at US$400 million.

The acquisition will enable Ghost Robotics to leverage LIG Nex1's extensive experience and capabilities in defense technology and manufacturing to further accelerate scaling.
