DLA Piper partner Ryan Starr named a Go-To Taxation Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Ryan Starr, a partner in the firm’s Boston office, was named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's 2024 Go-To Taxation Lawyers list honoring the top tax lawyers in Massachusetts.

Starr focuses his practice on international taxation, including global tax and operational business structuring, tax planning, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and global transfer pricing strategy.

He has extensive experience advising on global operating model and IP planning projects, structuring and implementing large multinational reorganizations, and structuring cross-border M&A transactions for a wide range of clients, from startups to multibillion-dollar multinationals. He also frequently serves as the managing counsel for multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary matters and transactions for his clients.
