Daniel Shapira appointed Co-chair of the Canadian Real Estate Service Group

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Shapira has been appointed Co-chair of the Canadian Real Estate Service Group. ‎

Daniel joined the firm last year, bringing with him an extensive and comprehensive commercial real estate practice. He has considerable experience advising clients in a broad range of real estate matters covering ‎property development, sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, ‎commercial leasing and financing transactions, ‎including ‎land development and construction loans, acquisition ‎facilities and operating facilities.‎ Daniel has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in ‎Canada for his work in Real Estate Law and as a “Leading ‎Lawyer to Watch” in the area of Property Development in ‎The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory.‎
