DLA Piper advises Panattoni on the construction of its tenth development in Warsaw

DLA Piper has advised Panattoni, a leader in the European industrial real estate market, on a project to build City Logistics Warsaw VI. The project will be Panattoni’s tenth development in Poland’s capital, will offer 17,615 square meters of real estate, and cost EUR8.5 million. City Logistics Warsaw VI will be centrally located, close to the E67, a vital transport corridor.

As part of the project, Panattoni will also develop an internal access road and the project itself will be implementing a range of sustainable solutions to improve user wellbeing, the location’s biodiversity, and the facility’s energy efficiency. This will also ensure that the facility qualifies for an ‘Excellent’ certification from BREEAM.
