DLA Piper advises Panattoni on construction of BTS facility for Air Spiralo

The law firm DLA Piper has advised Panattoni, a leader in the European industrial real estate market, on a project related to the construction of a build-to-suit (BTS) facility for Air Spiralo Polska, located in Szamotuły (an attractive location due to its proximity to Poznań and the German border).

Air Spiralo Polska is a member of the fast-growing Air Spiralo Group - a leading manufacturer of ventilation installation equipment. As part of the new investment, the company will carry out production processes, as well as logistics and warehousing, and the adaptation of the entire planned space to the tenant's needs will allow for the expansion of production in the future.

The 9,500 sq. m. production and warehouse facility will be completed in May or June 2024. The project value is EUR8.4 million.
