Claire Hall named to the Daily Journal's 2023 Top Women Lawyers list

DLA Piper is pleased to announce partner Claire Hall was named to the Daily Journal's 2023 Top Women Lawyers list recognizing top women attorneys in California.

In its profile of Hall, the Daily Journal noted her role in DLA Piper’s representation of Concord, a leading independent music company, in its historic US$1.8 billion music securitization. The transaction was the largest ABS offering of music rights in the history of the industry in terms of both size of issuance and number of assets, totaling more than one million copyrights.

Hall, a structured finance partner, represents issuers, underwriters and investors across a broad range of domestic and cross-border structured, warehouse and asset-backed finance transactions covering both public deals and private placements. She has significant experience representing financial institutions, hedge funds, asset managers, dealers and end users in a variety of derivatives transactions.
