On April 4, 2024, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) voluntarily stayed implementation of its recently adopted Climate Disclosure Rules (Climate Rules), which we describe in our first alert in our Climate Rule series, pending completion of judicial review of consolidated challenges to the rules by the Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
