The future of competition law: What to expect under a new administration

Tuesday, November 12, 2024

11:00 am – 12:00 pm ET

Regardless of the outcome of November’s presidential election, the Biden Administration will end. Over the past four years, the Biden Administration has openly sought to transform US antitrust enforcement with aggressive enforcement actions, changes to core competition policies, active intervention in private litigation, and a “whole-of-government” approach that extended beyond the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.

Join our panel of competition enforcement professionals as they evaluate what parts of the Biden legacy may remain beyond the current administration and what to expect in US antitrust enforcement starting in 2025.

CLE credit will be offered for this event.
