Once again we’re welcoming colleagues from across the sector for the latest in our ABL Forum series, which we’ll be hosting in our London office.

In this session we’ll hear from Adam Abou Habaga, Finance Partner in our Amsterdam office, on recent trends in the Netherlands ABL market, including an initiative working with the association for asset based lenders in The Netherlands (FAAN) to develop new standard documentation for situations where cashflow financing is combined with asset based financing. This will be a great opportunity to quiz someone with ABL expertise in a jurisdiction which really embraces the product and which regularly features in cross-border transactions.

As usual, there will be opportunities for networking before and after the main session.
