Matthew is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises on the full spectrum of public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions. He also assists clients on corporate governance, “head office” and general securities law and regulatory matters.
Matthew advises across all sectors but has particular expertise in mining and natural resources, having advised on a number of domestic and cross-border transactions in jurisdictions including Australia, Africa, Canada, China, Hong Kong, the UK and the US.
Matthew is recognised as a Best Lawyer in Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Law and as a Rising Star for Corporate & Commercial Law by Doyle's Guide.
