Ben Tustain

Ben has a broad civil litigation practice with an emphasis on complex commercial and business litigation and construction litigation. He regularly represents large institutional clients, as well as small businesses and individuals, at all levels of court in Ontario (including the Commercial List).

Ben has acted for clients in a wide range of matters, including construction liens, fraud recovery, maritime disputes, product liability, corporate governance disputes and insolvency. He has experience litigating complex injunctive and interlocutory proceedings, including for Mareva and Norwich-type relief.
