Prior Experience
Before joining DLA Piper, Andrew was an associate in the Capital Markets department at an international bankruptcy law firm, where, in addition to representing clients in finance transactions, he represented official and ad hoc committees of creditors and other parties-in-interest in major US bankruptcy cases.

Andrew is a former Certified Public Accountant and has experience advising on the application of accounting rules in structured finance transactions.
