About

Justo Segura advises public and private sector clients, including sovereign and sub-sovereign entities, corporations, banks and financial organizations in capital markets, corporate finance, debt restructuring transactions and general law matters. He has also been involved in local and international litigation matters, including pro bono work.

He was an international lawyer in a large New York law firm in 2005 and 2006, where he was a member of the Latin America practice group and worked on capital markets and corporate finance transactions of private and public sector clients, including sovereign bonds and related litigation.

  • The Province of Mendoza in the issuance of (i) Class 1 CER Debt Securities in the amount of AR$37,314,776,000; and (ii) Class 2 CER Debt Securities in the amount of AR$39,724,100,806.
  • The Province of Mendoza in connection with the issuance of its first Sustainable Bonds for an amount of AR$4,876,673,332, and the issuance of New Bonds for an amount of AR$ 2,633,120,511 in exchange for Bonds due 2023.
  • The Province of Buenos Aires in the restructuring of its international bonds for over USD 7 billion.
  • The Provinces of Mendoza, Chubut, Salta, Entre Ríos and Chaco in the restructuring of their international bonds.
