About

Davide has extensive experience of complex domestic and cross-border commercial disputes before ordinary and arbitral Courts (ie Milan Chamber of Arbitration; London Court of International Arbitration; International Court of Arbitration and the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution), also precautionary in nature.

Davide has gained, through the years, a strong background in commercial disputes and export control/financial sanctions related matters and he, along with his team, assists some of the biggest banks and private corporation in the day-by-day compliance with EU and OFAC sanctions programs.

Davide lectures with the University of Milan and he is appointed on regular basis as arbitrator in ad hoc/administrated proceedings.
