Lucy is experienced in large-scale and complex commercial disputes and regulatory investigations with a unique ability to navigate technical and intricate concepts and manage data-intensive disputes. Lucy is focused on building trust with clients and forming strong, professional client relationships. She is driven to achieve practical, real-world outcomes for clients in the context of their needs.

Lucy acts for a range of clients including large corporate entities, company directors, high net worth individuals, government departments and regulators. She has conducted matters in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Lucy has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in relation to oppression, breach of director duties, misleading and deceptive conduct and breach of contract cases.
