Stefano Petri provides legal assistance to Italian and international clients - both in court and out of court - in all issues concerning employment law, with a particular focus on the management of disciplinary proceedings, individual dismissals and executive's employment.
Stefano has also gained a broad experience in agency contracts, fixed-term contracts, service contracts, posted workers, recognition of higher contractual level, non-compete covenants, probationary period, severance pay and wage/social contribution differentials. He also regularly carries out due diligence activities in employment law-related matters.
Before joining DLA Piper, Stefano worked with leading Italian and international law firms.
He graduated at "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" (Milan) and he is admitted to the Milan Bar since January 2014.
He is also a member of the following associations: "Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani" (AGI - Italian Employment Lawyers) and "European Employment Lawyers Association" (EELA).
During 2015-2016 Stefano attended the "School of Advanced Training in Employment Law and Social Security" held by AGI.
