Elias Parisca is a talented attorney focusing on labor and employment law issues, including litigation and advice and counsel work. As a litigator, he represents employers and management in wage-and-hour class actions and representative claims under the California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), as well as single-plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related litigation. He has taken and defended depositions, argued dispositive motions, and obtained a complete defense verdict in an employment dispute as a third-chair trial attorney.

Elias also has extensive experience counseling employers on OFCCP and EEOC compliance; employee discipline and termination; wage-and-hour issues; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives; state and federal leave laws; internal investigations; and the crafting and implementation of personnel policies. His work also includes drafting executive compensation agreements and separation agreements, especially in conjunction with startups as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Elias represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local employers from a broad range of industries, including technology, consumer goods, food, retail, hospitality, media, sport, and entertainment. He practices in state and federal courts and before administrative bodies throughout the United States. These include the California State Labor Commissioner (DLSE), the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
