  • Bonita Springs Retirement Village, Inc. d/b/a The Terraces at Bonita Springs, in connection with an out-of-court restructuring of over US$80 million in municipal bond debt through the refunding of existing bonds and issuance of $90.6 million in new bonds
  • Endologix, Inc. and 7 affiliates, a publicly held company that develops, manufactures and sells innovative medical devices for the treatment of aortic disorders, in connection with the restructuring of over US$250 million pursuant to a pre-negotiated plan of reorganization that was confirmed in 78 days in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas
  • A Canadian private equity fund and secured lender, in a debt-for-equity exchange in the chapter 11 cases of Hygea Holdings Corp. and 32 affiliates, a provider of healthcare services through a roll-up of physician practices and management service organizations, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
  • Tarrant County Senior Living, Inc. d/b/a The Stayton at Museum Way, an operator of a large, non-profit, luxury senior living community in Fort Worth, Texas, in connection with the restructuring of over US$105 Million in municipal bond debt pursuant to a prepackaged plan of reorganization that was confirmed in 45 days in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas
  • Mayflower Communities, Inc. d/b/a The Barrington of Carmel, an affiliate of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation and an operator of a continuing care retirement community, in the sale of substantially all of its assets in chapter 11 proceedings in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas
  • Variety Children's Hospital, a non-profit children's health system, in connection with its purchase of a distressed hospital
  • Constellation Healthcare Technologies, Inc. and 21 affiliated entities, representing a rollup of revenue cycle management, physician practice management and related businesses, in chapter 11 proceedings in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York
  • Adeptus Health and its affiliates, a multi-state operator of free standing emergency, as special counsel, in its chapter 11 proceedings in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas
  • Capitol Lakes, a continuing care retirement community operator, in its chapter 11 case confirmed in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin over the lenders' objection after a multi-day contested hearing
  • Sears Methodist Retirement System and its affiliates, the largest not-for-profit senior living provider in Texas with 11 facilities in 8 cities, in its chapter 11 filings in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, resulting in a consensual chapter 11 plan. Representation involved resolution of two issuances of public debt and significant regulatory issues
  • Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 proceedings of Hebrew Hospital Senior Housing, Inc. in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York
