Prior to joining DLA Piper, Lindsay was in-house counsel for a top e-commerce company, a software services company in the renewable energy industry and a leading renewable energy developer. She was also a corporate attorney at two law firms.

In her most recent role, she acted as the lead legal counsel for a top e-commerce company’s global energy and sustainable operations team, where she oversaw and advised business teams on a broad range of energy-related legal matters, including the negotiation of power purchase agreements and other energy procurement transactions.

Lindsay’s varied experience as in-house and outside counsel for both corporates and developers gives her a unique perspective of legal, commercial and operational considerations of renewable energy transactions.
